I have been visiting Cleburne Eye Clinic for years. I loved it until I didn’t. It went from a profes... sional setting with a friendly hometown vibe to unprofessional cold corporate chaos. This last two years I have contemplated going elsewhere because of all the chaos. The only thing that kept me coming back was Dr.Bullard. He’s amazing. I am glad he is there, and that I chose to stick with Cleburne Eye Clinic because this year’s visit was reminiscent of the good old days. From the front door, I was welcomed. Check in was easy. The technician was friendly and professional. Dr. Bullard was amazing as always. The optician was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Check out was fast and easy. Everyone knew their jobs and performed them well. No chaos because they worked as a TEAM for the greater good of all involved. They seemed happy, and I know I left happy. Thanks everybody. I’ll see you again next year.
